PAYMENT AND CANCELATIONS

All payments made by you through the Website are subject to the following clauses:

a After we receive your payment we will confirm our acceptance of it by email that shall include the details, description and price. If these differ from the details, descriptions and/or price shown on the Website and you wish to cancel your payment you may do so in accordance with clause b. Once you have received our acceptance, provided the information is the same as that shown on the Website, there will be a legally binding contract between us.

b Subject to clause c, if you wish to exercise your right to cancel please inform the relevant department in writing of your intention to cancel within seven days of making your payment (e-mail is acceptable, please include 'Right To Cancel' in the subject line).

c You agree that your services will begin once you have received our acceptance, provided the information is the same as that shown on the Website.

GENERAL

English law shall govern the terms and conditions contained in this legal notice. English law shall govern any dispute arising between you and us in relation to the Website and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts for the purposes of any such dispute.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers harmless immediately on demand, from and against all liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or other liabilities arising out of your use of the Website

You may access the Website from anywhere in the world; however, this legal notice shall apply regardless of how you access the Website and from where.

If any term of this agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect:
a The legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other terms of this agreement;
b The legality, validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this agreement.
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
