Chief executive of Hilton International dies
Chief executive of Hilton International, Anthony Harris, has died aged 47. Harris, who had been chief executive of the hotel group since June 2000, had been suffering from cancer for the last six months. Before moving to Hilton, he was chief executive and managing director of Stakis hotels. Hilton Group chief executive, David Michels, said he was shocked and distressed by Harris' death and that he will be sorely missed.
