Bradley Stoke MOVEs its way to a national top-five finish
Celebrations are in order at Bradley Stoke Active Lifestyle Centre, after more than 500 customers, guests and members of the community helped them to achieve a top-five finish in a national competition. The 'Let's Move for a Better World' campaign, which started on March 12th and finished on March 30th, is spearheaded by premium fitness brand Technogym and encourages participants to become more active and donate their physical activity for a common good in their local community.

Cate Atwater: Leisure sector is in a "race to the bottom"
Procurement practices are driving a race to the bottom in the delivery of public leisure services, according to Community Leisure UK CEO Cate Atwater. Speaking exclusively to Sports Management magazine, Atwater said she was worried about the pressures being put on the delivery of public leisure services, stating that "public services right across the board are under significant strain to achieve the same or even more, with less financial investment".
