Boxercise have 10 UK venues running courses monthly and In 2008 trained 2600 people in Boxercise. We are the largest and best established Boxing Fitness course and for 10 years have been recognised by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America as the ' Worlds No 1 Boxing for Fitness Training Course'.
The Boxercise Instructor training Courses are recognised Worldwide, and our courses are available Worldwide.
We offer in house training for 8 persons or more
There are over 11,000 Boxercise Instructors in the UK teaching to an audience of 1.2 million participants ( Source Mintel).
All Boxercise Senior Course Tutors have as a minimum a Degree in Sports Science ( or equivalent) and 5 years boxing coaching experience before we consider them for recruitment, we then train them for 2 years before they can teach our courses. Our standards directly influence our reputation as the Worlds No1 in Boxing Fitness.
Boxercise is a Registered Trademark. Use of the name Boxercise is ONLY allowed by Registered Boxercise Instructors who have undertaken and passed the Boxercise Course.
