We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant & Bar Team Leader to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK’s only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!

In this role, you’ll support the Restaurant & Bar Assistant Managers in all day to day responsibilities. You’ll run each shift, ensuring your team are delivering top class customer service, and that your guests are happy. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the guest's journey is memorable, KPI targets are hit, revenue is maximised, including stock control, wastage management and auditing procedures.

We are looking for the following skills experience:
- An individual who is confident in delivering the highest operational standards and finest guest care from the word go
- Industry understanding and experience
- Experience in food hygiene and team training
- Someone who is approachable, friendly and able to offer detailed information on our drinks, wine and food ranges.

The role is full time permanent, averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
