Fit4Less Glasgow South are currently recruiting for a passionate and outgoing Personal Trainer.
Candidates must have a vibrant personality, exceptional customer service skills, proven experience in the health and fitness industry and be REPS LEVEL 3 qualified.

Our personal trainers receive 100% of all the income they generate with no limit to number of personal training sessions delivered. Plus, instead of paying heavy monthly fees, all we ask is that each personal trainer works 15 -hours per week on the gym floor, delivering meaningful member interaction, being the fitness expert and other operational duties.

Although self-employed, our team enjoy the benefits of working within a structure committed to their success and earning potential whilst also having access to office and administrative facilities, as well as full marketing support, staff discounts and concessions.

We are looking for someone who can actively encourage our members while being focused on helping them achieve their goals.

You will need to be passionate about members needs, help, advise and train them to achieve individual goals. You will need to be pro-active and outgoing to communicate with members and develop a professional relationship.

The role is crucial to the clubs success and you will be the first point of contact to answer queries and help members.

The main responsibilities will include gym instruction, writing exercise programmes and conducting various one-to-one appointments, including nutritional consultations. Some administrative and sales duties will also apply at a later stage together with class instruction and face to face customer interaction.

Minimum Level 2 qualification in Gym Instruction, previous experience is preferable but not essential. The qualifications to teach basic classes would be beneficial but full training can be given.

A proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as the ability to work as part of a committed team.

Fit4less are looking for promotional staff to work with their brand new gym in Kilburn, due to open in December.

The role will include leafletting within high footfall areas, data capturing, promotional duties within any display stands and other outgoing marketing activities. This will initially be within their Pre-Sales period, where building the awareness of the gym is paramount.

The successful candidates will need to have outgoing personalities, have the ability to perform 'in your face' marketing strategies in line with Fit4less brand personality.
