Some of the key responsibilities of this position are:

At Energie Fitness Woolwich we are looking for a Crew Member with a passion for excellent customer service, to be able to create an inspirational environment where people matter, results count and a passion for excellence drives everything we do.

Duties will include in reach & outreach activities, member interaction and maintaining clean and safe facilities. We are looking for someone very sales minded that is good with people who has a keen and proactive mind set.

Qualifications;
Reps Level 2 or equivalent essential

Class teaching experience desirable

Job description:
Fit4less Caspian Wharf in Bow East London (soon to be energie fitness) are looking for a Sales & Member Relations Manager.

Duties will include bringing new members to the club by outreach, in-reach and dealing directly with incoming enquiries, You will also be required to bring in new corporate clients from the local community , and building a relationship with local schools and GP surgeries etc. We will also expect you to heavily use social media to bring in new enquiries

Your role will also include handling membership cancellations , freezes and arrears calls where necessary -closely liaising with our payment handlers -Harlands. You will be expected to meet monthly KPI's for attrition and sales and work with the club manager to provide a first class service to existing members thus ensuring that we are able to retain them where possible.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, however not necessarily in the Health Club sector but would be an advantage. The role will involve some Duty Manager shifts so you will have to be flexible as you would need to cover morning,evening and weekend shifts. If you are bright and enthusiastic then this could be the job for you.

Getting the most out of your team is essential for success, you will have to lead from the front, deliver results and motivate your team to follow.

A current emergency first aid at work qualification would be beneficial , as would be a level 2 or level 3 qualification, although none are essential requirements

Salary £20K per annum with OTE £26K +
