We currently have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in the Entertainments industry as an Admissions Duty Supervisor. You will be joining our amazing Admissions team as well as be part of the Supervisor team for our Darling Harbour attractions.

About the Role
Reporting to the Admissions Operations Manager, you will supervise the Admissions team to drive a culture of operational excellence and support. Our Duty Supervisors lead the way to ensure our teams are motivated, achieve their targets, and that an incredible guest experience and Health & Safety is the main order of business. As the first point of customer contact, you are able to adopt a strategic focus to continually improve and develop our department whether that is from cluster and annual pass sales, or customer satisfaction and mystery shops.

Working closely with all our attraction Operation Managers and Key Business Support functions, this role will provide an exposure and a great platform to reach the next step in your career, learning each area of the business including; SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo and Madame Tussauds Sydney.

About You
The ideal candidate must have a true passion for guest experience with a focus on fun. You will be proactive in your approach to engaging staff to deliver excellent customer service with a focus on upselling techniques to meet business sales targets. Previous supervisory experience in a similar role is a plus, but a desire to work in the entertainments industry is essential. You will be a leader who is capable of delivering feedback to staff and maintaining a spirit of best in class customer service.
