An exciting opportunity exists within our West Berkshire Contract, located in the heart of Berkshire we are a facility offering a 29 station gym, sports hall, group fitness studio, crèche and tennis courts. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be required to take overall responsibility for the effective management and operation of the Centre, increasing profitability and consistently enhancing both the financial performance and usage of the Leisure Centre within the Contract specification.

Successful candidates should have a recognised qualification in Leisure Management, First Aid at Work, NPLQ and have extensive knowledge of the leisure industry. Excellent communication and customer and client liaison skills are essential. You should be able to manage and develop the staff efficiently to meet the operational requirements of the Contract and create a dynamic, innovative and responsive team through open communication and management.

Candidates will be able to produce financial forecasts and manage budgets for the contract whilst consistently developing and improving operational procedures in line with QUEST. Flexibility and commitment to customer service are essential.
