Cotgrave Leisure Centre - Rushcliffe Contract

Situated In the heart of Cotgrave, Nottingham, Cotgrave Leisure Centre offers a 35 station gym. A 25m 4 lane leisure swimming pool with a beach/shallow area, suitable for babies and young children, and a flume, 3 court sports hall, outside football grass pitches, spin studio, dance studio and a meeting room.

With a growing gym membership base and swimming lesson programme the centre currently attracts in excess of 225,000+ visits per annum and is an integral part of a thriving local community working with a wide range of community groups and stakeholders.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be required to take full responsibility for the effective management of this challenging centre ensuring the highest service standards possible. The post holder will ensure that the service provided meets the requirements of the client as defined within the service specification as well as consistently driving the commercial performance for the centre.

The successful candidate is expected to have a recognised management qualification (Preferably at Degree level) as well as having a track record of managing both wet and dry leisure facilities. Experience or awareness of Local Authority contract management is essential.
