We are looking for a Sales Manager [Known in énergie as Host] to Manage the retention and drive the sales process whilst embedding a sales culture within the team as well as adding the WOW factor to the customer experience at the new énergie Fitness Club coming to Solihull town centre!

énergie is the only budget fitness operator in the UK that is currently recruiting for hosts to create an atmosphere that will wow members in a fast-paced, energising, healthy environment.

Working in a high performing fast paced environment you will ensure that team members take pride and joy in creating an exceptional experience for members. They enjoy meeting individual need and building customer loyalty over a prolonged period of time. Their objective is to help every member feel that they belong at an énergie fitness club and that they are very much part of that énergie family. As “the go to host” you will:

-Befriend and support members of all ages and backgrounds
-Understand needs and provide solutions
-Welcome customers with energy and commitment
-Energise team members and build great atmosphere
-Surprise members with new innovations on a regular basis
-View complaints as a source of improvement
-Seek out talent and put it on show in the club
-Delight customers
-To support the day to day sales using marketing tools, outreach, club systems and resources to generate new memberships and leads.
-Conduct Sales tours in order to promote and sell club memberships.
-Marketing the club both internally and externally, developing relationships within the local business and residential community.
-Deliver the sales process through KPI’s.
-Planning sales & marketing activities and to be proactive in generating leads using data collection activities.
-Support the Club manager in all areas of the clubs operations and sales.

With your passion for fitness and customer service you will use your selling ability to match potential members’ needs to the unique products and services the club offers. Your role will be to:
-Attract and engage potential new members through a range of activities in the local area to your club.
-Be responsible for self-generated business, and make contact with all potential new members to encourage them to visit the club to see the facilities on offer.
-Manage incoming business inquiries with professionalism and high service standards.
-Show potential new members around the club to match your club facilities to their desired goals and interests.
-Demonstrate high levels of integrity by selling memberships in line with company terms and conditions.
