We are looking to recruit Senior Digital Project Manager ready to take that next important step in their career.

In this role you will be working across our Global Admissions systems delivering IT solutions to users’ requirements or problems to agreed time, cost and quality expectations, in line with the plan, always ensuring you deliver to the high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

You will be responsible for producing a Project Initiation Document, project plans and other associated project documentation for each project to confirm and gain agreement to the scope, budget, timescales, resources and other project parameters.

You will plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools such as MS Project in order to manage and monitor time spent on project milestones and deliverables to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget. Ensuring you identify, plan and manage the mitigation needed to the risks faced by the projects.

You will also be responsible for submitting budget proposals, resolving all issues and problems in a prompt manner, working with key stakeholder and contributing to project board meetings.

You’ll be able to promptly and effectively manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities and have a proven ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects.

We are looking for the following skills and experience…
- Commercial IT experience working with the following technologies and methods:
- PMO processes.
- Microsoft Office product suite.
- Coordination and Planning (Microsoft Project).
- Experience of structured methodologies such as TDD, Agile, and Waterfall
- Ideally knowledge of POS and Kiosk.
- Excellent influencing skills with a proven ability to work effectively with others.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
- Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving environment.
- Creative with flair and imagination but balanced against a knowledge of what is achievable, realistic and practical.
- Strong planning skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to handle multiple projects at any given time.
