This is the perfect opportunity for dedicated & caring people with exceptionally high standards to join us at our athletics track facility at Cumberland Arena, Crewe.

We're looking for excellent communicators who are organised and passionate about sport and leisure as the role will involve setting up the building and equipment each shift, helping customers, and supporting with grounds maintenance. Shift Managers will have a keen work ethic and strive to deliver excellent standards of service every shift whilst taking responsibility for cash handling, health & safety and promoting the centre.

Facilities are open to all members of the community including local sports clubs, schools, and members of the public hiring on both a regular and ad hoc basis.

As a health & wellbeing charity, helping people to live well and for longer is at the core of what we do and this role is important to help us achieve this vision though providng fun and safe environments for people to enjoy sport and leisure time.
