One You Lincolnshire provides high quality and evidence-based information, advice and interventions to help people change unhealthy behaviours. We have three opportunities for exceptional Triage and Support officers for our new service. As the first point of contact you will provide an inspiring welcome into the service, which reflects the Thrive Tribe values.

The Triage and Support officers officers will answer incoming phone calls from clients and referrals from health care professionals. They will accurately complete initial phone triage/ assessments and provide administrative and financial support. Exceptional candidates will have a background in customer service with strong administrative, IT and organisational skills. Local area knowledge is desirable.

The Nitty Gritty
Salary: Starting at £17,500 per year (band rises to £18,500).
Location: Lincoln Office base
Line Manager: ONE YOU Lincolnshire Senior Triage and Support Officer
Contract: Permanent; full time (though part time hours will also be considered)
