LIVE - WORK - DELIVER

Are you level 3 REP’s registered and have the drive to improve and reduce health inequalities through our Active Health programme?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Active Health Instructor to join us in Tisbury on a permanent variable hours’ contract.

About the role
You will be responsible for assessing, planning and delivering personal and structured programmes of activities and/or specialist classes to our customers who have come to us through the GP Referral Scheme.

As an essential part of delivery, you are required to be available both before and after sessions to answer queries, motivate and guide customers.

About you
You should be confident, a natural motivator and be able to show empathy along with having the experience of working in customer care in a leisure environment.

You must hold a valid specific qualification recognised by a professional governing body, along with a REPS registration (minimum Level 3) including exercise referral qualification and have proof of CPD and insurance.

You will be expected to attend training programmes and are responsible for maintaining all relevant qualifications and attending training sessions as part of normal working arrangements.

This role does require flexibility and you must be able to work outside of normal hours, including evenings and cover holiday and sickness at short notice.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
