Contract Length: 12 months

Can you co-ordinate an engaging and innovative health and wellbeing programme? This new role will enhance our existing sport and recreation programme, Parklife, which engages with approximately 9000 students and staff every year. (www.parklifeplay.co.uk)

Based at the Falmer campus, and working across all sites, you will specifically be involved in organising and promoting health and wellbeing programmes, aimed at creating an active and healthy University community. You will be responsible for implementing systems to ensure that the University's duty of care for those participating in our activities meets and where possible exceeds best practice.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:
• Experience of developing projects, events, programme promotion, and methods to evaluate impact and effectiveness
• Good communication skills to liaise with service users, professional services and external agencies
• Experience of managing and supporting volunteers
• Knowledge of the organisation and administration health and wellbeing programmes

This role is full-time (37 hours per week), on a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
