Following developments in the Estates and Facilities function within the Royal Armouries we are currently recruiting for a Building Services Coordinator. Estates and Facilities Management consists of Building and Engineering Maintenance, Project Management of minor and major works, Environmental Controls, Cleaning Services and Security Services

You will work with the Head of Estates and Facilities to help create and deliver parts of the plan of work that maintains and updates the fabric of the building and plant within budgetary constraints. This post encompasses Building Services and Security Services.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Facilities Manager and will have extensive experience of working in a customer facing maintenance environment along with experience of managing contractors and multi-disciplinary trade staff.

This role also encompasses Security Services and whilst direct experience is not essential a good understanding of applicable legislation in security is required.
