Legacy Leisure is recruiting for two Call Centre Supervisors to join and lead a team of customer service professionals located at Riverside Leisure Centre, Exeter.

Legacy Leisure operate sports & leisure facilities across England & Wales and the role of Call Centre Supervisor will play a key part in the relaunch of Exeter’s leisure facilities following a £3m refurbishment programme.

This is not a typical call centre! We are looking for someone who can produce meaningful statistics and reports, as well as inspire, lead and develop the call centre operation. We require a ‘hands on’ supportive Call Centre Supervisor who is flexible, dedicated and keen to develop a career within the leisure industry. This role is very much about ‘relationship building’ with the team, the customer and the company.

Previous experience working as a team leader or supervisor within a call centre environment is essential. The role requires someone who is highly motivated with an infectious energy which can be used to motivate and support the team. The successful candidate will be required to work a range of shift patterns that include earlies, lates and weekends.

Main Duties Include:
Managing a team of 4 - 5 customer services personnel
Planning and resourcing for various shift starts
Ensuring figures are achieved and exceeded
Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to ensure performance standards are maintained
Dealing with escalated customer issues
Provide regular training and additional coaching where needed
Ensure staff absence is covered
Managing incentives and making sure the team are working at maximum motivation levels
Being hands on, answering and making calls and leading by example

Key Skills Needed:
Recent experience as a team leader or supervisor within a call centre environment
Management experience
A highly motivated individual with the ability to motivate others
Someone who can manage difficult situations
Used to working in an instant response environment
Can work on a shift basis 40 hours per week over 7 days
Full UK driving license
Excellent IT skills
A firm but fair manager that is proactive, hands on and will get involved at all levels.
