Wiltshire Council is looking to recruit 3 CWA Qualified Climbing Instructor to work on a zero variable hours contract within our well established team based at Springfield Community Campus.

LIVE - WORK - DEVELOP

Springfield Community Campus has a small team that work closely together and are dedicated to delivering an excellent experience to the local community.

About the role
You will be providing professional Climbing lessons in a progressive, fun and safe way, whilst maintaining an excellent customer focus at all time. This will include being available both before and after the sessions to answer queries, motivate and guide.

Creative planning of each session is required to ensure that guidance/industry standards are met and you will be required to ensure the equipment is set up to the required standard in line with Health and Safety Guidelines

About you
You should hold a CWAA Climbing qualification and have proof of continuous professional development. You will also need to have insurance through the National Governing body, where relevant and have a good knowledge and understanding of general health and safety policies.

You will use your motivational skills to engage and encourage customers to maintain and extend attendance and deliver consistently high standards of instruction to all customers so that everyone fulfils their potential.
