As the Énergie Club Promoter, you will:

1. Empower people to transform their lives.
2. Connect people with their local Énergie family.
3. Help people envision why an Énergie club is where they belong.
4. Spend most of your time meeting people, creating events, connecting with local clubs and engaging with the local businesses.
5. Generating local enquiries for club membership.
6. Delighting customers.
7. Promoting the great results that others have before them achieved.

We are looking for someone who will:

1. A personal passion for Health and Well-being.
2. Have natural sales ability.
3. Be target driven with a desire and passion to exceed targets.
4. Be energetic, proactive with a positive outlook and a 'can-do' attitude.
5. Be excited to work closely with the club manager and the rest of the team to create a member-focused gym environment.
6. Be approachable and able to make prospective and existing members feel at ease.

Due to the variety of shift patterns that include Evenings and Weekends it is important that you live within a reasonable commute to the club.

Experience:

The successful candidate would ideally be REPs level 2 qualified, with commercial leisure industry sales experience.
