Are you a passionate and committed about customer service? Do you have a passion for swimming, it’s benefits and the development of young people?

Swimming Nature is currently seeking a confident and resourceful individual to join their dedicated Customer Support and Sales Team at their head office in Queens Park to start immediately.

This is a permanent, full time role covering all areas of sales, post-sale activity and retention. Working within a team reporting to the Head of Customer Experience the primary objective will be the retention of existing Swimming Nature customers.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and enrol their children into next terms swimming lessons
Ensuring renewals are maximised through delivery of excellent customer service and administration of the accounts, dealing with any customer complaints or queries in an efficient and professional manner.
Engage in any further Sales initiatives developed with excellent upselling skills required
Work to retention and sales targets
To provide leading edge customer service for clients – that will follow a process for dealing with any issue a client might have and honour the Swimming Nature Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) by initiating contact with the customer and finding a resolution within pre-agreed time limits.
Deal with outbound calls in an efficient and helpful manner at all times
Be happy to serve and problem solve to achieve the best customer experience for our clients.
Working closely with your Regional Manager to ensure the continuing commercial success of our venues.
Accurate logging of communication with customers within the CRM to ensure a thorough audit trail, should any other member of staff be required to access the information.

Personal Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Excellent phone manner
A confident and determined approach
Positive and promoting style of customer service
Ability to problem solve – with customer focus at the forefront
Self-motivation and drive
Previous experience in the leisure industry desirable

Technical Requirements:

Sound knowledge of database, training will be provided
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook  
Ability to prioritise and manage workload via Database System
Good attention to detail
