ClubWise is one of the leading providers of club management software to the health and fitness industry, serving over 750 clubs in the UK, Europe and Australia.

ClubWise develops, delivers and supports an integrated business solution for club operations and membership DD collections.

This is a key role in the organisation, creating positive outcomes from interactions with customers on the phone, by email and in online support sessions. The main priority is supporting them to fully utilise the ClubWise solution and ensuring that they maximise the benefits that it provides.

This rewarding role requires excellent communication skills, a desire to help customers get the most from ClubWise, good administration and organisational skills and a willingness to take ownership of customer’s issues and resolve them efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer service role within a health club organisation, have experience of using club management software and possess excellent communication skills.
