£21,625 - £23,906 per annum (includes alternating shift pay). Potential to progress to £25,884 per annum (including alternating shift pay) through sustained exceptional contribution.

Two posts are available: 36.09 hours per week. Working a 3 week rota which includes includes early, and late shifts and every third weekend.

The role of Duty Manager is fundamental to facility operations and you will use your skills and knowledge to inspire and lead a team of operational staff.

Sport Sheffield is the department of the University of Sheffield that manages all aspects of sport, including facilities and related services. The facilities include 170 station gym, 33.3m pool, strength and conditioning room, bouldering wall, squash courts, sports hall, studios, extensive outdoor pitch provision (at Goodwin Sports Centre and Norton Sports Park).

You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of leadership or supervisory management.
