Get More Clients Business School operates under the parent company of Ivy Marketing Services Ltd. and has been providing business coaching and consultancy services to sport, health, exercise and wellness professionals and further afield for over 7 years to service an industry that is significantly unsupported when it comes to business guidance and education. Over the last 7 years, the company has service 100’s of businesses and 1000’s of individual entrepreneurs and business operators to get more clients into their business through the successful implementation of our systems, processes, solutions and philosophies and we are still growing.

Role & Responsibilities

The role of Sales Assistant provides a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a growing and exciting company whilst also getting to make a positive impact on so many people’s lives.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

1. Handle incoming enquiries via email, telephone and online media platforms
2. Conduct Sales Consultations via Telephone to existing and new clients

You will also attend sales events delivered by the company over pre-determined weekends throughout the year and will be expected to attend and participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales training provided by your management team.

The role requires you to be available to work 40 hours per week over 6 days (Monday through Saturday) on a shift basis starting no earlier than 7am and finishing no later than 9pm Monday through Friday, with Saturday’s requiring availability between 8am and 4pm.

Knowledgeable

- Knowledge and understanding of the sports, health, exercise and wellness industry operates would be beneficial.
- Understanding of CRM and Sales pipeline platforms would be beneficial.
- Good working knowledge of using MS Office to a competent level within an office environment, especially MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Experience

- Telephone selling
- Face to face sales ideal
- Achieving sales targets and KPI’s
