Do you have a qualification in Trampolining and want to join a fun and lively team within our leisure campus in Devizes?

Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to join our teams within a leisure centre environment and benefit from the range of training that we provide!

About the role
You will provide innovative and engaging trampoline sessions to customers, ensuring safety at all times within a fun environment.

Excellent customer service is a high priority for us therefore you will need to help motivate, guide, and feedback before and after sessions.

Creative planning of each session is required to ensure that guidance/industry standards are met and you will be required to ensure the equipment is set up to the required standard in line with health and safety guidelines.

About you
You need to hold a level two (or above) qualification as a Trampoline Coach and have proof of continuous professional development. You will also need to have insurance through the national governing body, and have a good knowledge and understanding of general health and safety policies.

You will use your motivational skills to engage and encourage customers to maintain and extend attendance and deliver consistently high standards of instruction to all customers so that everyone fulfils their potential.
