Lex Leisure is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Duxbury Park, a fantastic venue with huge potential, in Chorley, Lancashire. Lex Leisure have ambitious plans to expand its Food & Beverage operation at Duxbury Park and develop the business into new areas, utilising the extensive and historic parkland. This is a highly exciting time to be involved in the business and a great opportunity for a professional Food & Beverage manager to help take the business to the next level.

The Person
A strong “can do” operational approach
A modern manager with flexibility in style and thinking and an open, friendly, approachable personality
Ability to work on own initiative
A team leader and team player
Strong relationship building skills
Strong in planning and time management
Numerically confident, strong IT literacy and the ability to produce professional documents
Decisive decision making skills

Commitment to a Health and Safety culture
Positive and enthusiastic approach to work
Excellent customer services skills essential
