We are now looking to appoint an Assistant Regional Director to continue our success in the North & Midlands region.

The North & Midlands region already manages a diverse range of leisure facilities ranging from Crosby and Leeds in the North, to Cherwell and South Northants in the South. The role of the Assistant Regional Director is vital to the successful growth of the region. Based North of Birmingham and reporting to the Regional Director, your responsibilities will include overseeing the contracts in the region, monitoring the performance of the business through structured accounting and reporting procedures and ensuring that our quality standards are maintained at all of the leisure facilities under your control. You will also further develop our excellent client relationships.

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the drive and ambition to grow and develop our business. You will have held a management position within either the private or public sector leisure industry and will have a strong commercial approach to business. You will be passionate about exceeding customer expectations and you will possess the ability to develop and motivate your managers and their staff. You will hold a degree or equivalent qualification.

North Solihull Sports Centre are seeking Casual Lifeguards.

We require individuals who are self-motivated and have high standards. With good time management and the ability to use initiative, the successful applicants will have energy and enthusiasm.

The role of a lifeguard requires an enthusiastic, responsible and hardworking individual to supervise a wide variety of swimming sessions, maintain the centres’ high standards of cleanliness and assist with general day to day operations. Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our members are having a great time using our facilities whilst overseeing their poolside safety at all times.

The successful Lifeguard will have:
A UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification
Knowledge of health and safety legislation
Have previous experience of working in the Leisure Industry- this is not essential.
The ability to work proactively and flexibly within the team and work on own initiative.
Excellent communication skills
Experience of dealing with a range of customer queries/concerns in a professional manner.
Be willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Sales Ledger Administrator/Credit Controller Worcester

This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance team of a leading Leisure Management company in the UK. Reporting to the Ledger Manager you will be part of our Credit Control team who, as part of the wider Finance department, work hard to provide support to the operational teams, from administrators through to Regional Directors.

This is an important role within the Head Office, having full responsibility for the central sales ledger, including raising of invoices and subsequent collection of payments, predominantly from local authority clients. The role is also involved in the collection of debts owed to our leisure/recreation facilities for hires and membership cancellations, fees owed by schools, clubs and the general public. Tasks will include raising sales invoices, chasing debt using appropriate means, arranging payment plans and issuing court papers where necessary. In addition to this, the successful candidate will process customer refunds and assist in the audit of the centre invoicing system, along with training of centre staff as required.

We are currently looking for a Fitness Instructor who should be flexible, reliable, possess good communication skills, basic computer skills and enjoy working as part of a team. They should be willing to do work shift work which includes evenings and weekends.

We are looking for candidates with a customer- focused approach, being able to demonstrate positive interactions with members and actively promote our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence in the service we provide.

A Gym Instructor Level 2 Qualification is essential and a First Aid at Work Certificate would be desirable. Additional training can be provided to the successful applicant.

Torbay Leisure Centre are seeking Lifeguards to cover casual shifts through the week and weekends. We require individuals who are self-motivated and have high standards. With good time management and the ability to use initiative, the successful applicants will have energy and enthusiasm.

The role of a lifeguard requires an enthusiastic, responsible and hardworking individual to supervise a wide variety of swimming sessions, maintain the centres’ high standards of cleanliness and assist with general day to day operations. Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our members are having a great time using our facilities whilst overseeing their poolside safety at all times.

The successful Recreation Assistant will have:

A UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification
Knowledge of health and safety legislation
Have previous experience of working in the Leisure Industry
The ability to work proactively and flexibly within the team and work on own initiative.
Excellent communication skills
Experience of dealing with a range of customer queries/concerns in a professional manner.
Be willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Willink Leisure Centre is looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join the popular and ever expanding Aquazone Swim Programme.

Willink Leisure Centre is a busy centre offering a large variety of activities to both the local community and surrounding areas. Willink Leisure Centre comprises of a 4 lane 25m swimming pool. The centre also benefits from 4 badminton courts, gym, 3 outdoor tennis courts, outdoor synthetic turf pitch.

We are currently looking for experienced sessional Swimming Instructors. You will be able to teach complete non swimmers and child lessons through to the competitive stages in a fun filled environment. You will also need to be flexible, reliable, possess good communication skills with both adults and children and enjoy working as part of a team.

The candidate must hold an A.S.A level 1 or level 2 teacher qualification.
