Gymfinity Kids is an exciting new brand of children's gymnastics, ninja and activities centre. We offer a wide range of services which include baby gymnastics classes through to teenage classes and ninja. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individuals who enjoy working with children and have a passion for kids and sport. The candidate appointed as must be self-motivated, confident, professional and have excellent customer service and sales skills. This is a tremendous opportunity for growth, continuing professional development and higher management pathways.

Applicants will need:
- Experience in gymnastics, sports or martial arts or
- Experience in nursery or pre- school education

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced CRB check.

Gymnastics and Ninja Coaches
* Responsible for delivering and planning safe and fun gymnastics and ninja sessions
* To assist all participants in reaching their full potential, focusing on progressions when appropriate
* To work as part of a team in delivering excellent gymnastics/ninja sessions to children of all ages
* Set up equipment and activities in line with operating standards ensuring the safety and welfare of participants is paramount.
* Adopt a fair and equitable approach to coaching at all times, this includes adapting sessions to cater for individuals with different range of abilities regardless of age, gender and race.
* Produce weekly lesson plans
* To undertake all appropriate administrative duties and liaise with the general manager and assistant manager
* To facilitate and deliver events that further the operational and sales targets of the company
* To be part of an environment where all employees enjoy themselves whilst at work and make a real contribution to the success of the club and business as a whole.
* Deal with prospects in a professional manner whilst showing them the facilities and assisting them with the online joining process.
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times to both members and prospects

We are looking for 3 enthusiastic individuals who will be an integral member of the team for one of our new sites, you will be given a variety of opportunities to develop you personally and professionally. Gymfinity Kids is a brand new company launched in 2017.

* Previous sales experience required.
* Completing KPI’s including: Contacting new enquiries, converting enquiries to trial, Converting trials to members.

* Completing tours and ‘closing the sale'.
* Achieving monthly team/individual sales targets.
* Assist in promotional activity from flyering, outreach events and generally driving awareness to the site.
* Passionate about interacting with our young guests (and parents) as well as delivering an amazing experience every time! Being our members first port of call.
* Assisting with tours, product selling & merchandise selling.
* Ability to communicate effectively within our team and with our guests/members.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment – on your own and as part of our team!
* Flexible in your availability; able to work evenings and weekends!
* Provide support when needed in various areas of the business.
* Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and amply stocked.

* Booking birthday parties & holiday camps.
* Ensuring all customers have completed and understood the required health and safety waivers and briefing sessions prior to their sessions.

- Previous management experience ideally in sport, leisure or gymnastics.
- Be available to work evenings and weekends.

* Responsible for ensuring that all relevant policies written in the Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Handbook are adhered to by yourself and your staff
* Assist the Club Manager with staff rotas and ensuring the right coaches teach the classes most suitable to their qualifications and experience
* Assist the Club Manager with ensuring that there is an adequate amount of coaches conducting inductions and providing outstanding service to the members
* Maintain cleanliness of the changing facilities whilst the cleaner is not on site
* Deal with prospects in a professional manner whilst showing them the facilities and assisting them with the online joining process.
* Deal with any necessary administration and member issues, which includes, but is not limited to, answering the telephone, returning messages left on the answering machine, report submission and responding to relevant e-mails.

* To help ensure that all H&S and HR policy and procedures as set out by Ellis Whittam are adhered to and actioned.
* Conduct weekly club safety checks and record all defects that you are not able to rectify, in the maintenance file and call out the relevant engineers.
* Help to create an environment where all employees enjoy themselves whilst at work and make a real contribution to the success of the club and business as a whole
* To undertake any other reasonable duties/ projects/ meetings, which may be required from time to time * Assist the Club Manager with the sales plans to advertise and promote the club to increase membership and revenue. This may include (but not limited to) outreach events, door2door, hand2hand as well as in club events.
* Manage the reception team with the daily KPI targets ensuring all enquiries are contacted within 24hrs, enquiries are converted to trial and trials to members.
* Achieve monthly sales/Net gain target.
* Develop and create annual and monthly timetables that are suitable and adaptive
* Ensure all coaches are fully qualified and frequently mentored have completed all safety and child welfare training.
* Provide guidance, mentoring and direction to all staff and coaches including regular performance reviews
* Assist in training needs and initiate development activities of coaches.
* Maintain stock and complete weekly stocktakes
