We are LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and we are part of the magical Merlin Entertainments!

We are recruiting for an Entertainment Team Leader to add those memorable experiences to our guests day! This will be on a full-time, seasonal basis.

In 2018 we will be delivering even more in house entertainment, including our Miniland Stage shows, LEGO Friends to the Rescue, Duplo Valley Puppet Shows, character appearances and much, much more.

Working across the Resort in the park and hotel, this role will support the Entertainment Performers and Assistants in the daily operation and will lead by example to ensure we are delivering world-class customer service.

You will also ensure our birthday party offering is of the high standard our guests expect, being the point of contact on the day and troubleshooting where necessary.

There will be a big focus on delivering training to the Entertainment team and dealing with employee relations as a first point of contact for the team.

These are full-time seasonal roles, averaging 37.5 hours per week. You may be required to work on weekends, bank holidays, and evenings depending on business needs.

Duty Manager
Windsor Leisure Centre
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Exciting opportunities exist for experienced Duty Managers looking to develop their career at a high performing leisure centre. Windsor Leisure Centre is a flagship site with a 25 metre, 6 lane swimming pool, large family leisure pool with waves, 150 station ‘Expressions’ Gym, Health suite, group fitness studios, conference rooms, retail outlets, 8 court Sports Hall, cafe, All weather pitch & other indoor facilities.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, the successful candidates will have a passion for delivering customer excellence. We are offering both a permanent position and a fixed term position until 31st December 2018. The successful candidates will be responsible for the day to day operation of the centre including health and safety, customer care, financial procedures and leading and managing multiple departments. The posts include evenings and weekends, worked over 40 hours per week. Each Duty Manager post is subject to its own agreed responsibilities.

An NPLQ or First Aid at Work certificate are essential and a Pool Plant Operators qualification is desirable as well as a recognised Leisure Management qualification.

The successful candidates should have previous knowledge of the leisure industry and a good level of experience of working in a very busy wet/dry facility. Excellent communication skills, flexibility and a total commitment to customer service are essential. Successful applicants will be provided with full training in all aspects of this role.
