Job description:
Reporting directly to the Duty Managers, the successful candidate will be flexible, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. This key role will involve assistance with the day-to-day operations of the centre including swimming pool supervision, cleaning duties, and equipment set-ups for a variety of leisure activities.

The post holder should have a good general education and a desire to achieve a leisure management or activity leadership qualification. A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential.

You will work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern of early morning,evening, and weekend hours.

All positions are subject to a DBS Disclosure.

A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is desirable, however training will be provided if required. Training will also be offered to the successful candidate in Pool Plant Operations and any other qualifications needed to progress to a Duty Management role.

You will work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern of early morning,evening, and weekend hours.

All positions are subject to a DBS check.
