Since developing courses, such as the Swimming Pool ODS 2 day pool plant course, BRIO have gone on to work with some of the largest chains in both UK & Ireland, as well as independent centres, schools, spas, and hydrotherapy pools. We offer an Online Introductory Pool Plant Operation course which has proven to be very successful, and new courses will be released in the coming months.

The Onsite Designated Supervisor Course is the First Qualification Available in the Leisure Industry that includes Practical Skills, and is an essential award for all leisure facilities staff members who work within a swimming pool who are expected to carry out tasks within plant room areas, this is inclusive of Supervisors, Duty Officers, Recreation Attendants, Maintenance/Plant Operators and Managers. It is a 2 day course consisting of both Practical & Theory Learning on the Facilities own plant room. It is accredited by PWTAG and the only Pool Plant course to be approved by IOSH.

You will be the guardian of the integrity of ESPA treatments and products to ensure that a pure and accurate message is communicated at all times. You will deliver exceptional training on ESPA products, treatments and ACTIVE Retail at any of our accounts worldwide to the expected 5 star standard.

- Ensure that accurate and practical training notes are prepared and distributed during training sessions and that they are regularly updated.
- Create accurate evaluation reports for all therapists upon completion of their course and any other relevant documentation required.
- To become trained in all levels of ESPA treatments and products and keep updated on new techniques or changes to procedures and to provide the support team with any recommendations or improvements to the training documents.
- Actively encourage sales techniques on all courses. Must be simple, well delivered & understood bringing the products personalities to life & focussing on benefits.
- Promote treatment efficacy testing and explain on all courses how this valuable information can benefit accounts. This supports our commitment to using natural ingredients to achieve maximum scientifically proven results.
- Maintain exceptional treatment and training standards ensuring the brand is represented and facilitated by all accounts worldwide and within our Training Schools.
- Communicate at all business levels and be able to adopt varied teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and cultural nuances.

- You will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Face and Body)
- You will have a genuine interest of Holistic Therapies including Hot Stones, Chakra’s and Crystals.
- You will have worked in a 5 star spa environment as a Head Therapist, Trainer or Spa Manager.
- Be confident in training and communicating to teams who are multi-lingual/cultural.
- Ability to think outside the box and deal with unexpected situations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full, clean driving licence
- Full passport with no restrictions
- This role involves extensive periods of overseas travel

- Teacher Training qualification 7307 or similar
- ESPA trained up to Ayurvedic level
- Preferably worked as part of a Pre – Opening team of an ESPA Managed Spa
- A recognised qualification in Aromatherapy
- Retail and Stores experience

The ideal candidate will be based in in Cardiff, Bristol, Gloucestershire, or Somerset

This commercial leadership role is fundamental to the development of existing and new business within the Southern Home Counties region, You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of performance targets through the effective management of your accounts by taking a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and progress new business opportunities within the region and ensure they are of a standard in line with ESPA’s new business profile.
- Visit on a regular basis all existing accounts in line with the schedule agreed with the client and company expectations.
- Monitor, track and report on the commercial KPI’s within your areas; make recommendations and develop initiatives to help all businesses to achieve sales targets.
- Fully merchandise the Brand and ensure only current merchandising tools are utilised.
- Ensure that ESPA Marketing Plans and Promotions are communicated and implemented in a timely manner and within the required timescales using the appropriate POS, collateral and promotions.
- Ensure that all accounts are committed to providing their staff with the necessary level of training to allow the professional delivery of ESPA treatments.
- Ensure stockholding is agreed with each account and the entire range is fully represented.
- Establish strong working relationships with all clients and organise promotional events.

Desired Skills and Experience
- A proactive self-starter with business development and commercial experience as well as an in-depth knowledge of ESPA products and treatments.
- Experience within an ESPA spa or salon at management level is preferable.
- Strong commercial acumen and results driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Proven experience within a regional sales focused environment.
- In-house treatment training.
- Computer literate and good level of numeracy.
