énergie Fitness Clubs is an established brand in health and fitness industry, offering great facilities at affordable prices.

We are looking for someone who can actively encourage our members while being focused on helping them achieve their goals.

You will need to be passionate about members needs, help, advise and train them to achieve individual goals. You will need to be pro-active and outgoing to communicate with members and develop a professional relationship.

The role is crucial to the clubs success and you will be the first point of contact to answer queries and help members.

The main responsibilities will include gym instruction, writing exercise programmes and conducting various one-to-one appointments, including nutritional consultations. Some administrative and sales duties will also apply at a later stage together with class instruction and face to face customer interaction.

Minimum Level 2 qualification in Gym Instruction, previous experience is preferable but not essential. The qualifications to teach basic classes would be beneficial but full training can be given.
A proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as the ability to work as part of a committed team.

JOB PURPOSE
To manage the day to day sales using marketing tools, daily outreach, club systems and resources to generate new memberships and leads.
Conduct Sales tours in order to promote and sell club memberships.

Marketing the club both internally and externally, developing relationships within the local business and residential community.

Managing the sales process through KPI’s.
Supporting the club team in retaining members.
Planning sales & marketing activities and to be proactive in generating leads using data collection activities.

Managing and mentoring the team
To be a Duty Manager and ensure the clubs standards and processes are followed during your shifts.

Support the Club manager in all areas of the clubs operations and sales.
