Key Accountabilities:

You will be the first point of contact for all individuals coming into the gym.

All telephone calls, enquiries, face-to-face contact are made firstly with our Receptionists, making it a role which we view as being very important.

You will have a passion for excellent service delivery and desire to work in a stimulating results-driven organization.

Duties required of the role include:

Answering incoming calls and enquiries

Supporting Duty Managers in the gym’s operations

Administration of payment transactions

Collecting and relaying customer feedback

Dealing effectively with customer complaints

Delivery of the sales process

Conducting Inreach and Outreach programmes

Some desirable characteristics for the role include:

Excellent customer service

Good communication: written and oral

Knowledge of computerised management system

Good organisation

Ability to work under pressure

Competent level of MS Word and Excel

Knowledge of the Health and Fitness Industry

You will be required to work shifts between 6.30 am - 10 pm across all 7 days of the week.

You will promote the Everyone Active vision, values & beliefs and provide an efficient, helpful & friendly service to customers within our busy Leisure Centre whilst also recommending greater products and services available.

You will be responsible for collecting customer data and for the sales of our award winning swimming lessons along with working towards hitting commercial targets and generating leads/sales opportunities. As the visible face of the centre, it is essential that you are outgoing & friendly and are available to assist with all our customer’s needs. You must be highly motivated and committed to delivering high standards of customer service.

We would like to hear from you if you:
• Are experienced in delivering exceptional customer service that generates income sales opportunities and customer compliments
• Can proactively promote to visitors & members, the Everyone Active brand by embracing our brand values and brand mission of 30 minutes activity 5 times a week
• Are able to work under your own initiative
• Are approachable, friendly & flexible

Full training will be given to the right candidates. External applicants may also be considered.
