Anytime Fitness is one of the fastest growing fitness chains in the world with over 4,000 clubs globally. The company has over 140 clubs open in the UK with further clubs planned to open in the near future.

Anytime Fitness Ilkeston, just a stone's throw from the Peak District, is looking for a highly motivated individual for the role of Membership Sales Advisor to join a hugely successful sales team.

You must be a naturally proactive and self-motivated individual who can generate new leads and reach beyond sales targets. You must be confident and outgoing and feel equally comfortable whether on the phone, in front of a computer or facing sales prospects face to face. You will be one of the public faces of the club, bringing in prospects in, educating them about the club as a facility and ultimately signing them up as members.

The club is a 24/7 operation and you will be expected to work on average 40 hours per week which will include evening shift patterns (Earliest start 10 am and latest finish 8 pm) and weekends. You will report to the Club Manager.

OVERALL REQUIREMENTS

- A high-energy self-starter with a great personality
- Naturally sales focused and target driven with a desire to succeed
- Approachable and personable with a sense of fun!
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- You will have the ability to drive the superb culture within the club and exhibit it out in the local area to all of our prospective members
- You will have a proven track record in working within a high-quality sales environment, ideally from within the Health/Leisure Industry, but experience in any commercial business sector will be considered.
- Our perfect candidate will enjoy working both within and outside of the club environment. They will have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others.

Candidates should be local, available for interview asap and potential start within 4 weeks if successful.

Mytime Active Leisure is predominantly in the London borough of Bromley, we invest in our local communities to improve their access to quality health and fitness services.

Mytime Active are recruiting for a 32 hour Sales Advisor.

We are looking for a confident, positive and highly motivated person to be trained in promoting and selling our range of memberships. Experience of sales is not necessary as full training will be given!

You will be trained in:

- Conducting sales tours and membership price presentations to enquiring customers
- Working with the Fitness Manager on MyGoal inductions and customer retention
- Organising and undertaking the distribution of marketing material and general outreach, Event Promotions, Gaining Referrals etc.
- Communication plans across Mytime Active to maximise development opportunities and participation opportunities for all members of staff where appropriate

As a Sales Advisor, you will be an ambassador for the company providing exceptional customer service in relation to both sales and reception at all times, with responsibility for exceeding customer expectations on a daily basis. You will generate some of your own leads, build rapport with ease, & work efficiently and effectively towards targets.

Are you passionate about Golf and customer service?

Mytime Active requires various Pro Shop Assistants on a casual basis at our Barnehurst Golf Course.

The Roles:

-We are seeking outgoing and hardworking individuals with a passion for golf to join our existing team.
-This role is customer facing and will require an excellent level of customer service.
-Enthusiasm is key to building and/or maintaining your product knowledge and your ability to share information with our customers.
-Flexible working pattern that will include early mornings, late evenings and weekends between the hours of 06:00 and 22:00.


Key Responsibilities

-Taking course bookings.
-Offering advice and information on the golf course.
-Selling golf retail products.


About You

-Experience of working in a fast paced environment that involves customer interaction, cash handling and making bookings is desirable but not essential.
-A good knowledge of the Golf industry and equipment.
-You will be expected to work as part of a team and also on your own.
-Applicants must be 18 or over due to lone working at times.

We offer an established fitness facility based in Warrington and focus on the needs of our clients to deliver results by offering a great workout to build stamina, strength and flexibility!
