Position requirements:

- Selling memberships through face to face discussion and follow up sales calls, and generating new clientele through promoting The Massage Company member referral.
- Providing clients with the best massage service advice to fit their needs, and by matching them to the right therapist during the pre-treatment discussions.
- Promoting our internal upgrades of hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy or ‘fantastic foot treatment’.
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
- Responsible for scheduling appointments over the phone, on email, and in person.
- Answering customer questions and concerns with urgency, care and sincerity.

- Occasionally being part of promotional activity, both onsite and offsite locally.

Must haves for the position:

- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, but full time (40 hours) also available.

- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa retreat supervisors and management.
- Must be able to speak a standard of English that enables you to communicate professionally with our clients.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Rushcliffe Arena is looking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic, target driven, confident Membership Adviser to join our team at our modern, brand new state of the art leisure centre situated in West Bridgford, Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to join a high profile, professional organisation with excellent career prospects.

Rushcliffe Arena is a state of the art facility comprising of a 25 metre swimming pool, teaching pool and splash area,120 station fitness suite, 2 x group exercise studios,1 x indoor cycling studio,4 x court sports hall, sauna and steam room, 3 x squash courts, 6 x rink indoor bowls hall, snooker room and cafe.

This key role will involve working to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets whilst ensuring compliance with company procedures. You will need to be proactive and able to continually seek new opportunities to create leads as well as complete professional membership calls, tours and ultimately sales. The role will also include customer care and enhancing the service delivery to our customers.

We are keen to speak to candidates with previous sales experience who can also evidence they have successfully achieved and worked towards sales targets, however, this is not essential.

What will the role involve?
