Job description:
Energie Fulham are currently recruiting for a passionate Membership Sales/Duty Manager who will bring new ideas to the club to support growth in memberships.

For this role you will:
• Be expected to manage the sales process to generate new memberships and create a reputation of quality within the local community.
• Have the ability to manage and mentor the sales process to make the procedure smooth and robust.
• Be expected to plan sales and marketing activities by being proactive in generating leads, both inside and outside the club.
• Be expected to plan accordingly and against a budget set within the club.
• Conduct sales tours to walk in’s as well as generated appointments, in order to promote and sell club memberships.
• Have the ability to develop relationships within the local business and residential community.
• Be able to complete successful calls to the leads generated in order to arrange appointments.
• Support the team in retaining the members in order to contribute to the customer service and membership growth.
• Understand the importance of high sales activities in various ways in order to make an impact and get people aware of the club’s facilities.
• Have experience/knowledge of the leisure industry and the sales process
• Demonstrate strong leadership and decision making skills
• Be confident, trust-worthy, motivated and passionate to be able to build rapport with prospects, members and staff.

The role involves the delivery of the Everyone Active sales process from ensuring that you advise our customers with the best possible membership option to helping them achieve their personal goals.
