Shift patterns will consist of a variety of the following:

- Late: 12:30-21:00

We have a newly created position which will support all aspects of the spa operation including fitness, membership, guest services and retail and will deputise for the Director of Spa in their absence.   You will also be included in the Duty Host Rota. Primary responsibilities include supervision of the fitness, membership, front of house, health & safety and spa attendant functions within the Kohler Waters Spa.

The Spa Operations Manager will be accountable for the achievement of financial goals (membership), ensure effective management of the FOH team, ensuring physical equipment/maintenance needs of the fitness suite are met, the proactive management of Spa Attendant team and external fitness instructors,health and safety compliance, and optimal levels of customer service for members and guests.

HOURS OF WORK

We have various full and part-time contracts available, working on a flexible basis which means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

Your hours of work will fall between 9:45am and 8:15pm Monday through to Sunday. You will therefore be required to work a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts which will include some public / bank holidays on a rota basis. You will be required to work 2.5 weekends out of a 4 week period.

•NVQ Level 2 and 3, IHBC City and Guilds, CIDESCO or equivalent qualification

HOURS OF WORK

We have various contracts available, working on a flexible basis which means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

Your hours of work will fall between 9am and 9pm Monday through to Sunday. You will therefore be required to work a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts which will include some public / bank holidays on a rota basis. You will be required to work 2.5 weekends out of a 4 week period.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:
•NVQ Level 2 and 3, IHBC City and Guilds, CIDESCO or equivalent qualification
•At least 1 years work experience within a salon, or 6 months within a spa environment
•Good standard of general education

Desirable requirements:
•Reflexology qualification
•Hopi Ear Candle trained
•Product training on Elemis, Decléor, or other products houses
