GLL is looking for Recreation Assistants to work at Rivermead Leisure Complex in Reading, Berkshire. Job description:
We are currently recruiting for 2 x full-time Recreation Assistants/Lifeguards based at Northcroft Leisure Centre.

Working for Legacy Leisure you will have responsibility for the safety and enjoyment of our users. Lifeguards are a vital and often underestimated role, from regular pool rotations, supervising and cleaning the pool areas, to setting up equipment and delivering exceptional customer service when dealing with enquiries. "The best lifeguards are dry lifeguards", having a proactive, highly responsible and being able to remain calm under pressure are all qualities that make for a great Recreation Assistant.

All successful applicants will have held or be will to undertake a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, so strong swimming skills are essential.

We looking for a strong team player with clear communication skills, an understanding of Health & Safety and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in terms of enjoyment, safety and hygiene.
