The Opportunity:

Everybody Sport and Recreation is looking for highly motivated individuals to help launch and run its new Speedflex studio in Wilmslow.

You will be a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer with experience in training and motivating individuals to achieve their fitness goals.

Your contracted hours will be spent delivering high intensity, highly motivating classes in the Speedflex studio, encouraging and coaching the individuals in technique.

Outside of those hours, you will have greater earnings potential with the opportunity to drive retention and customer satisfaction by acting as a Personal Trainer within the Everybody scheme, utilising the facilities of both the Speedflex Studio and the Gym onsite at Wilmslow Leisure Centre to meet individual clients needs.

Contracted hours will be a mix of early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Personal Training hours can be planned around your own diary and individuals requirements.

LiveWire is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the operational team at Birchwood Leisure and Tennis Complex as a Duty Manager.

At LiveWire, Duty Managers are referred to as a Lead LiveWire Advisors and manage the day to day operation of a leisure facility ensuring that staff resources are used effectively and efficiently, and customer needs are met.

The successful candidate will also support the Operational Management team to develop and promote an integrated Health and Wellbeing offers across the East of Warrington.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate supervisory experience preferably gained in the leisure industry. Applicants will be expected to have an up to date working knowledge of health & safety and have a proven track record of managing risk.

The ability to effectively manage and motivate a team is required in this role as is the ability to plan and prioritise workloads. Individuals must be able to drive and monitor the sale of memberships and other re-saleable items.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain partnerships are essential especially with regard to LiveWire’s integration agenda. The facility offers a full tennis programme, individuals will be required to work closely with the Head of Coaching and Development to promote and cross-sell the programme to both members and non-members; supporting the delivery of larger tennis based events.

A flexible approach to working hours is essential including shift work at evenings and weekends.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an apprentice in fitness, your training in fitness will be paid for as part of the role.

As an apprentice within our gym, you will develop your fitness skills and experience, you will be encouraged to participate in group fitness sessions and build up to running your own classes. Training will accompany your own apprenticeship specific learning to enable you to deliver our award-winning empower support program, design personal programs for clients and advise them on healthy lifestyle options.

In addition you will also provide high levels of customer service to all clients and prospects, there will be a requirement for you to be involved in all aspects of gym operations including maintenance, health & safety, lead generation, prospecting and operation of the reception.

The role
Membership and sales administration processes are largely managed online. This means the role is focused on:
