We are currently looking for a Trainee Duty Manager. You will be flexible, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
You will be a self-motivated individual who will be proactive in assisting the Duty Manager in the Centre’s operations; including Leading the Lifeguard team, ensuring equipment set ups and general cleaning duties are completed to on time and to required standard.
An NPLQ qualification is essential with First Aid at Work and an AED qualification being desirable.

North Devon Leisure Centre is based in the heart of Barnstaple. The centre comprises of a pool, expressions fitness suite, dance studio, sports hall, squash courts, bowls hall, Holiday club to name just a few of the facilities on site.
Due to the expansion of our Aquazone program, we are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and professional swimming instructors who can teach children and adults of varying capabilities and ages.
Both ASA and STA Qualifications welcome.
Our swimming scheme is based on the Swim England National Plan for Swimming and we are looking for casual teachers to assist with the development of the programme.
We have various hours and days available for cover with immediate effect.
