Cannons launches upgrade programme
Cannons Leisure Management is upgrading its four Westminster leisure centres in a joint scheme with Westminster Council.
The scheme, worth more than £10m, will be completed by December 2002 and will refurbish the Jubilee Sports Centre, Seymour Leisure Centre, Porchester Centre and Queen Mother Sports Centre.
The plans will concentrate on upgrading gyms, group exercise studios and swimming pools as well as renovating the overall interior of all the centres.
In keeping with our rolling plan to upgrade our London sites every five to six years, this programme will ensure that Westminster's leisure facilities maintain their high standard service levels, said Daniel Law, operations manager for Cannons Leisure Management.
Cannons Leisure Management is the division of Cannons Health and Fitness that is dedicated to managing local authority sites.
