Children take to t'ai chi

A primary school has introduced t'ai chi classes to reduce stress levels among children. So far, the practice is proving popular with youngsters at Hythehill Primary School in Lossiemouth, Grampian. The school was featured on BBC's Newsround, after the programme conducted a survey revealed that seven out of 10 children got 'seriously worried' or 'wound up'. According to the report, other primary schools in the UK have introduced yoga and even hypnosis to tackle stress.
