Esporta launches Friern Barnet site

Located in a former 19th century chapel, Esporta has launched its latest health and fitness club in Friern Barnet enabling members to workout in the unlikely surroundings of stained glass windows, wooden beams and domed ceilings. Set in a historical and unique building, Esporta Friern Barnet stills follows the company's blueprint of a modern and premium health club and offers a range of classes on top of its gym facilities, including yoga, pilates, khai bo and complete physique, a combination of weight training and aerobic conditioning. Studio co-ordinator at the club, Adele Major, says the range of classes encompass all fitness levels: Our classes are incredibly popular as they are suitable for the regular exerciser or the absolute beginner. Class based workouts are great for keeping you motivated and members really enjoy these sessions, learning new skills, socialising and meeting friends.
