Training company fitness fx is to launch a new, pre-choreographed exercise class called kick fx in January 2007.

The class has been developed and trained by the international presenter Steve Schiemer and was inspired by self-defence techniques in martial arts.

The company’s groove fx, stomp fx and pump fx group exercise classes have already been endorsed by Central YMCA Qualifications.

Earlier this year, fitness fx also announced it was to take its brand of exercise classes to Europe, beginning with a national rollout in France and continuing with a planned entry into French-speaking Belgium, Switzerland and Canada in 2007. Details: www.fitness-fx.com
