Health clubs targeted by Sportscard
In separate promotions, health club group LivingWell and hotel and health club operator De Vere have teamed up with Sportscard in offers aimed at members of the two health club chains.
The Sportscard Mastercard credit card will be made available to the 115,000 members of LivingWell through direct marketing and promotion, and will offer a Sports Points return for money spent on the card.
The points can then be redeemed either in the club, against services or products, or can be used to obtain hard to find tickets - for sporting internationals.
The rewards based card may encourage greater customer retention and attraction for the health club chains, whilst Sportscard benefits from a direct marketing programme that targets health club users with disposable income.
Sportscard hopes that the two operators will provide the ideal client base for their card.
