Portsmouth Football Club's creditors have approved a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) based on an offer from Portpin, as well as a modification that will allow other bids to be considered.
PKF partner and joint administrator Trevor Birch said: "We are beginning to see light at the end of what has, at times, been a very long and dark tunnel.
"As well as securing approval of the CVA, we have also agreed modifications that will enable us to enter negotiations with other interested parties."
