Seventy-five members of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) are taking part in a pilot scheme to assess their skills, competencies and knowledge against the new national standards for instructor qualifications.

The role-profiling programme will take participants through a series of questions and multiple-choice scenarios and then compare their qualifications, strengths and experience against their current and future status before offering advice on maximising their career potential.

If successful, it’s hoped that the programme will eventually be available to all registered users through the members’ area of the REPs’ website: www.exerciseregister.org
