Learning solutions provider Urban Healing has helped one of its clients, Center Parcs, to win two awards – a Regional and a National Training Award – in the large employee category of the National Training Awards.

The Aqua Sana Spa and holiday village operator - which has four UK sites and attracts in excess of 1.6 million guests each year - was commended for its outstanding contribution and commitment to training.

Urban Healing were responsible for designing and developing a customer service initiative branded 'Making Memorable Moments' with the Center Parcs training team. The results of the behavioural change programme included significant increases seen in repeat bookings, annual occupancy and guest satisfaction ratings as well as a 6 per cent reduction in employee turnover.
