Power Plate International has unveiled pro-motion, a new cabling system that expands the range of exercises that can be completed on Power Plate® pro series models.

Made from Vectran®, the cables are said to give consistent resistance, which allows the user to undertake a full body workout.

Clipping to each side of any Power Plate pro series model, users can perform bicep curls, lateral raises, lunges or any other exercise.

The vibrations are then transferred from the machine's vibrating platform to whichever part of the body is holding the pro-motion handles.

Able to be extended up to two metres in length, the pro-motion offers three resistance settings, allowing the user to control the amount of resistance and tension.
