We are looking for an Assistant Manager with strong Sales & Fitness Management acumen to drive the member sales process, and then manage retention within the new gym through the Fitness product. We expect the successful candidate to embed a strong sales culture within the team. The Host role is key in WOW’ing the members, and attracting new people to join.

Can you build a sales strategy and hit targets?
We need someone who can hit the ground running, to quickly plan and implement an aggressive sales strategy.

We need someone who will be the face of the gym, so that we retain our members and continue to grow our membership base.

We are looking for a a super personable manager to support the gym Manager in creating an atmosphere that will wow our members.

Working in a high performing fast paced environment you will ensure that team members take pride and joy in creating an exceptional experience for members. You will enjoy meeting individual needs and building customer loyalty over a prolonged period of time. Your objective will be to help every member feel that they belong at an énergie fitness club and that they are very much part of that énergie family.

With your passion for fitness and customer service you will use your selling ability to match potential members’ needs to the unique products and services the club offers. Your role will be to:
Plan sales & marketing activities and to be proactive in generating leads using data collection activities
Attract and engage potential new members through a range of activities in the local area.
Be responsible for self-generated business, and make contact with all potential new members to encourage them to visit the club to see the facilities on offer.
Manage incoming business enquiries with professionalism and high service standards.
Show potential new members around the club to match your club facilities to their desired goals and interests.
Demonstrate high levels of integrity by selling memberships in line with company terms and conditions.
Support the Club Manager in all areas of the clubs operations and sales.
Energise team members and build a great atmosphere
Surprise members with new innovations on a regular basis
Help to deliver the Club timetable and Kickstart Sessions
Manage the Club Class timetable to achieve maximum occupancy on a daily basis
