Actif - Carmarthenshire County Council's Sport & Leisure Section – has a broad portfolio of facilities and community services attracting over a million activity attendances per year, has thousands of leisure centre members and collects multi-million pounds of income. Behind this operation, Actif’s Business & Membership Support Team provide the administrative, financial, membership and system management support to enable efficient and effective services for staff and public.

With a growing team of Customer Service Officers – connected to Customer Service Assistants across leisure centres - we now seek a manager of this team, and a leader of customer service across Actif.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven success in CRM and its systems to review and improve current service, while leading transformative ways to offer excellent customer service that meets the future needs of our customers.

Actif - Carmarthenshire County Council's Sport & Leisure Section – has a broad portfolio of facilities and community services attracting over a million activity attendances per year, has thousands of leisure centre members and collects multi-million pounds of income.

Behind this operation, our Sales & Marketing Officer ensures our web, social media, App and e-newsletters are highly effective and on-brand, along with co-ordinating annual and campaign plans and implementing various actions to result in highly successful marketing activity that deliver positive returns on investment.

Due to the approaching maternity leave of the current officer, we are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and motivated team player with the experience and skills to drive this critical area of work to March 2023.
